The hotel has two parts: one is closer to the sea (which is a better location), and the other is further away. The two parts are separated by the main road. The part that is closer to the sea looks fine from the outside but it is an older construction and the facilities definitely do not meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel. Although I had booked (without knowing) for the non-renovated part of the hotel, I am grateful that the staff allowed me an upgrade to the renovated part. There, the rooms are fine, though the area is not fully developed yet (the pool was empty, the restaurants not open yet etc). It is a less lively side, but the renovated rooms were fine. It is tricky since the information is not clear when making an online booking. So, pay attention which kind of room you are booking.

When I first arrived it was late at night. I didn’t like my room because it was very loud near the disco. Straight away they moved me to a nicer room, no charge. They also provided us with food in the room, as the all inclusive had finished by this time. The staff are absolutely exceptional and can’t do enough for you. A special mention to the two bar staff Nader Magdy and Ahmed, who were excellent. The gardener Salmi worked incredibly hard and was so nice. Katerina went above and beyond to help in any way she could. On the last day we had to check out at 12 but our flight was not until 10pm. Katerina let us keep our room and all inclusive no charge. She also printed off my boarding pass. I would 100% recommend this hotel.

Breakfast met my expectations and I can say that we never had been hungry. Always we had found something to eat and they were good. Location is probably the best in Naama Bay. Hotel is very close to downtown of the Naama. Even though they forgot us in the airport when we arrive, they gave the opportunity of late check-out(I mean really late like 11pm) and free transportation when we left. Thats why I am happy that they compensate their mistakes(Mistakes can happen, I am okay with it). Thanks Amr for that. Room service was good. We met with Mohammed who is the housekeeper and works always with a smile and his work has not any mistake.

Best of service , trained staff who knows how to make your stay memorable , close to beach and Namma Bay commercial area with lot of food options. Also additional services by Sun n Fun planners for this resort , staff will keep your room clean all the times . Breakfast was good . I liked the gym and golf-cart available for 24 hours

Staff very nice, Mr. Ayman was very helpful and super nice he made sure that my experience is wonderful and unique. The staff at the hotel is very nice and helpful, they made sure everything was going great and took us places at night for fun. The room was very clean and nice.
